Rental Policy
Rental Rates - 24 hours constitute a one day charge. We charge for time out, not charge used. Weekend policy is pick-up on Friday between 8AM-5PM and return Monday between 8AM and 12:00 noon. Special rates are available for long-term rentals - call for details.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to reserve any equipment unless there is an established charge account already set up.
Cleaning
All dishes and serving equipment must have all food rinsed off before returning. If not rinsed, there will be an additional cleaning charge.
Delivery & Pickup
There is a fee for all deliveries and pickups. These fees vary according to the distance and load size. Call for prices.
Equipment Protection
We provide a protection plan called a damage waiver. This covers 75% of repair or replacement for equipment damaged while on rent. Exceptions to this are: chocolate fountain, frozen drink machine, and table linens. The charge for this protection is 9% of the rental price. Please refer to the rental agreement for further instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Most items may be cancelled prior to 14 days before the rental date with 10% loss of contract total. Rental cancelled within the 14 days will be subject to a cancellation fee. The customer will lose 50% of the invoice total. Specialty items will lose deposit if cancelled at any time. Tents - 30'x30' and up, dance floor, stage, chocolate fountain, and frozen drink machine.
